I'm a little behind on posting. So without further ado, here are projects I haven't posted!!
This is a butterfly project I put on a blouse I made. The pattern is from Gathered. I think I printed it the wrong size and I love it overly large!! :D I did make some changes in part because I wanted to and in part because I made it so large!
This is my version of Mary Corbet's Key to My Heart. I found the construction of the heart not as smooth and beautiful as what I wanted, but the embroidery was fun!
These bookmarks were inspired by many bookmarks on Etsy such as....
I did this pine tree on tulle. The pattern is from Love Embroidery issue 34.
This is a cartonnage project I did. The embroidery on the outside was designed by Snarky and Modern, the embroidered G was designed by Mary Corbet, and the cartonnage project is by Claudia Squio.
This banner I made was designed by Moss and Feather. I made this for my friend who is the owner of Mabel's Farm Box.
This is my astronaut. I did a single picture in 5 layers in 5 different hoops. I like it!
I'm obsessed with the idea of trying to embroider leaves. This is what I've done so far... All my leaves are ethically sourced- eg I pick them up off the ground, so even though some of them look mighty green, I did not pick them off the tree! The oak leaves are from a beloved tree that lost a massive limb and is not doing well at all! Breaks my heart, so I wanted to do something!!
This bag was designed by Amy Butler, and the embroidery was based on a class I took from Thread Written.

This bag was designed by Amy Butler, and the embroidery was designed by Mary Corbet.

I love this popcorn mice pillow. It was designed by Mayuka Morimoto.

When Sinead passed, I felt so bereft so I made a portrait of her. I wish I had done her justice! What follows is the picture I used as a reference photo, but sadly, I couldn't figure out who took it.
